We loved the spacious rooms, exceptional daily cleaning, and spotless corners. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was away from the busy tourist spots, providing minimal noise levels. The swimming pool was a great amenity, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The complex also had convenient restaurants, with the Irish pub even offering room service. We would definitely stay here again.
Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has living room with l- shape sofa, mini kitchen with 2 doors fridge, spacious bathroom (both bathtub & shower glass), king size bed & balcony. Ours is at building c, 3rd floor. Facing the large carpark &Tesco Lotus. The security guard is so helpful that whenever we ride out, he would assist with a light baton to stop the vehicles at the main road in order to give us the way out and also help us to carry our huge luggage up & down from the room as there is no elevator. It is advisable for you to rent a bike/car to move around samui as it is quite a distance for you to go anywhere although its just a few mins walking distance to some places. You may rent a bike at the hotel for 200baht.
We are very disappointed with the staff (reception)! We requested the reception ( a lady) to arrange a pickup for us to Lamai at 7am(Thai time) as we have booked a boat trip and the pickup time from our Lamai hotel is at 8am. When we keep remind the reception about this, she ensures us that it has already been arranged. On the day itself, when we are ready for our transfer to Lamai, waited for 15mins, no car was seen to pick us up! And the reception was closed in the morning! We were lucky to have the hotel helpful security guard to ride out and get a cab for us! Else we would have miss our paid boat trip and thanks to the reception! I hope the hotel management to see this as a serious note please. Cause this is no joke!

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with close proximity to Big C and Tesco Lotus. If you're looking for a spacious apartment, this hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms. The swimming pool is a nice feature, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The lack of English-speaking staff can be quite challenging for non-Thai speakers.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the option to rent a motorbike from the hotel. The swimming pool was a nice bonus after a long day of exploring the island. All in all, a wonderful stay!
The mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with Tesco Lotus, Makro, and the road to Chaweng all nearby. Despite the high season, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We loved having an Irish restaurant right next to the hotel for delicious breakfast and snacks. The pool was great, and the wifi worked seamlessly. The hotel is only 3 kms from the city center, making it easy to get around by taxi or bike. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the fact that there were restaurants in the same complex, including the option for room service, was a game-changer. We will definitely choose this place again when we return.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the pool was excellent. The fact that the bed was made every day and fresh towels were provided was a nice touch. the parking facilities were great and the well-kept plants added to the overall ambiance.
The bed was a bit hard and took some getting used to. It would have been nice if a small kettle and a couple of cups were available in the room for convenience.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at a very comfortable hotel. The modern room was spacious, with a good-sized balcony offering a great view. The highlight was definitely the big, clean pool with a poolside bar, where we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the daily room cleaning was a nice touch. We also appreciated the convenience of scooter hire and the proximity to Tesco, where we found plenty of food options and entertainment like a cinema and bowling alley. a quiet and comfortable stay with good value for money. We would definitely recommend it for long-term stays and would come back again.

I chose Boonjumnong Modern for its superb location near the Fisherman's Village Bophut. Surprisingly, they have a great bar on-site where guests can enjoy drinks.
Dirty, noisy AC, balcony doors don't close, geckos, uncomfortable bed.

I loved being surrounded by palm fringed shoreline and fruit cultivation, as well as the relaxing massage treatments. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was perfect for enjoying the hot tub and outdoor pool. And let's not forget Montrose Bar and Grille for the cocktails!
Oh, I just adored everything about this place. Perfection doesn't have any cons, darling.
